Our glass facility is licensed to manufacture to Australian Standards AS/NZS2208. We supply custom glass manufactured to the custom requirements of your project. TOUGHENED FLOAT GLASS

Toughened glass is available as:

  • Thickness of 4mm to 25 mm including 4mm,5 , 6 , 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19 and 24mm

  • Panels sizes up to 5000mm x 2400 mm 

  • Custom sizes to your dimensions

  • Holes, cutouts, and raking to your requirements

  • Flat double edge polishing, bevel edged

  • Tinting is available in most colors including blue, green and grey

  • Heat soak testing available

  • Strong competitive pricing

  • Toughened glass has a variety of applications such as balustrades, fencing, shower screens, glass doors, glass curtains, partition walls, office doors  and other uses requiring increased safety and strength. 

LAMINATE GLASS

We specialize in many laminate glasses including toughened laminate glass. We can supply equivalents for any major glass color currently specified at a fraction of the cost of other suppliers. Our PVB interlayer are supplied by international companies such as Saflex, DuPont and Solutia. We also supply the Vanceva range of colors and can supply custom colors as required.

Laminate glass is available in many combinations including:

  • Thickness from 4mm to 100mm  including 6.38, 8.38, 10.38,12.76,15.52,25.52, 31.52, 38.52mm etc.

  • PVB supplied by multiple companies including Du Pont, Solutia, Saflex and Beidou.

  • PVB membrane colors: clear, milky white, grey, blue, green, red, yellow etc

  • PVB membrane thickness: 0.38 to 3.04mm

  • Annealed laminate glass

  • Toughened laminate glass Safety glass

  • Heat strengthened laminate glass

  • Panels up to 4500mm x 2500mm

  • Tints available in green, blue, grey, black, brown, purple, red, yellow, golden, marble effect and patterns

  • Holes, simple and complex cut outs, rakes

  • Flat edge polish, bevel edged.

  • Laminate glass has a variety of applications including but not limited to shop fronts, stairs, balconies, canopies and can be included in our Insulated Glass Units

ENERGY EFFICIENT LOW-E GLASS/ SUNERGY Glass

DOUBLE GLAZING/INSULATED GLASS UNITS

We have an extensive range of very high standard double glazed units. Double glazing is the ideal solution for exceeding the 5 star energy ratings. All of our glass can be made into double glazed units comprising all glass types and sizes:  

  • Sizes from 300 * 300 to a maximum 2440 * 3500

  • Aluminum frame thickness: 6 , 9 and 12mm

  • Compositions including laminates, low-e, toughened and reflective glass

ACID ETCH

Acid etch is available for toughened float glass to give it a frosted appearance. Frosting allows light to be transmitted through the glass whilst providing privacy. Acid etch has a uniform satin like appearance and has domestic and commercial applications.

FROSTED CERAMIC

Frosted ceramic is a finish that is baked onto glass to provide greater privacy then acid etch.  Frosting allows light to be transmitted through the glass whilst providing significant privacy. Frosted Ceramic is a very neat finish and is a more robust finish then acid etch. Frosted ceramic is perfect for high traffic areas such as offices, meeting rooms, doctors surgeries, shopping centers, shower screens, balustrades  or glass curtains and partition walls.

FUSION PATTERN/  FORMED GLASS

 Our Fusion (formed glass) pattern glass is unique and offers you an elegant solution in any domestic or commercial application. You will be impressed by the range of formed glass that we have and your customers will appreciate the ability to be creative an unique. 10 different patterns of formed glass available in 6mm and 10mm.

BENT GLASS/ CURVED GLASS

Our Bent glass is available in many types and radiuses including bent toughened glass and bent laminate glass. Our Bent glass can save you significant amounts of money making the option of bent glass a realistic one rather then an option that is simply way to expensive

  • Custom panel sizes up to 4500 x 2000

Our facility has been issued with a product compliance schedule with a PAS mark and ID number by "Certification Solutions International".

DELIVERY

 Delivery is timber crate flat packed for protection and ease of transport/ storage. Delivery can be arranged throughout Australia
