Spider Fittings

Clear Glass Solutions design and manufacture spider fittings for architectural façade and glazing systems including monolithic glass and insulated glass unit applications.

We have our own casting factory and finishing factory with a strong established product lines. We are able to manufacture spider fittings to our client’s demands including custom fittings.

We are able to schedule production runs of any of our fittings in a short timeframe and in many instances hold stock of raw castings ready for finishing.

Products include:

• 1, 2, 3 and 4 arm spider fittings.
• Point fixings, routels
• Fixed and swivel connectors
• Brushed, polished and satin finishes available.
• Stainless steel 304 and 316
• Chemical composition performed at quality assurance stage of casting
• Full Quality assurance performed on each batch of castings

Balustrade Systems

Clear Glass Solutions offer a complete package of balustrade systems including the stainless steel accessories and glass. We can supply and engineer systems including:

• balustrade clamps
• stainless steel spider fittings
• stainless steel staunchions
• Top Rails
• Joiners, connectors
• and glass to meet any requirements.
• This includes the use of “sky glass” or sentry glass inter-layers and heat soak tested glass. We have balustrade clamps, spider fittings, stainless steel stanchions and handrail accessories which we can supply in kit form or pre fabricated form to meet any requirements.
